The team preps the products, uses a vendor to distribute the cancellation notices and gather the refund amounts owed to customers, then ensures the refund amount is accurate before refunding the customer via loan payment or check. If any of our customers are involved in an accident that results in the either the totaling of the unit OR requires insurance covered repairs, this team will assist the customer with their insurance claims, GAP claims, product cancellations, and any check processing requirements to the repair facilities.
