To be considered, applicants must live in Texas, specifically in one of the following cities or surrounding area: San Antonio, El Paso, Midland, McAllen, Edinburg, Mission, Kerrville, Laredo, Fredericksburg, Odessa, Seguin, Brownsville, Harlingen, Eagle Pass, or Del Rio* .
