o* Provide expert claim handling in coverage, investigation, evaluation, and resolution of first and third-party Ocean Marine and Energy Claims, including marine contractors, hull and machinery, cargo, general average, Jones Act, Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation Act, and energy claims. o* Set accurate reserves on each claim within the given authority level and promptly advise management of claims requiring reserves exceeding authority.
