This position performs outreach to members with delinquent auto loans, as well as activities that support repossession and liquidation of vehicle-secured assets, including but not limited to: assigning units for repossession, monitoring active repossession assignments, processing redemption and liquidation of repossessed assets, handling and processing of CPI and/or other auto-related insurance claims. Auto Collectors will work to proactively reduce delinquency in the auto loan portfolio in accordance with the Credit Union's policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with all state and federal collection laws and regulations.
