The PM collaborates with Risk Management, external architects/engineers, internal real estate professionals, construction managers, development managers from asset strategy, facility service management, operations partners, legal partners, and outsourced consultants during the entire project life cycle. Provide training and coaching to consultants, general contractors, architects, engineers and company staff to reduce unnecessary expenditures by building knowledge around disaster prevention, facility maintenance, vendor management, and cost controls.
