Provide legal support for corporate transactions affecting the organization's U.S. insurance entities, including mergers and acquisitions, reinsurance transactions, restructurings, redomestications, insurance holding company act filings, including Forms B, C D and F filings, and other change-of-control or affiliate transaction filings. The Assistant General Counsel - Insurance Regulatory and Transactional Support will provide senior-level legal and regulatory counsel to support to the Starr property and casualty insurance company's U.S. domestic insurance regulatory function, and will support transactional, corporate, regulatory and licensing matters affecting the organization's U.S. insurance operations.
