As Assistant Director of RCM - Network Billing, you'll lead the charge capture, coding, and billing teams across Inception's multi-state clinic network, making sure every service is coded accurately, billed on time, and paid correctly. Partner with clinic leaders, physicians, Finance, IT, and our EMR and practice management vendors to improve systems and resolve complex billing issues, including patient concerns about charges.
