p>Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in insurance, business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • A minimum of years' experience in commercial insurance underwriting, preferably in aviation or specialty lines • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail • Sound understanding of aviation insurance products, coverage forms, and the aviation industry landscape • Proven negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and underwriting/CRM software • Professional designations (ACII, CPCU, or equivalent) are an advantage. This role involves close collaboration with brokers, clients, and internal teams to provide best-in-class underwriting solutions for various aviation risks, including airlines, general aviation, aerospace manufacturers, and aviation service providers.
