The role is responsible for providing technical, operational, and delivery leadership across production support, application maintenance, defect resolution, enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring application stability, availability, performance, security, and adherence to agreed SLAs The Technical Lead will serve as the key liaison between client stakeholders and onsite/offshore delivery teams.
