Qualifications Required: U.S. Citizen Active TS/SCI clearance/access or TS/SCI eligible Current CI polygraph or willingness to take one Bachelors degree Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research (but not Management Science), or Engineering Management At least 10 years of relevant space system design, development, production, test, deployment, and/or operations, at least 7 years of which must be related to SysML Modeling Integration support Desired; Certifications in MBSE tool competencies Completed training certificates in relevant MBSE courseware Certifications in relevant fields, such as INCOSE CSEP or ESEP Specific MBSE-related experience with space systems At SPA, we strive to deliver a robust total compensation package that will attract and retain top talent.
