Limited travel may be requiredJob Duties: Participate in engineering efforts for NPD projects from concept through production launch Follow the organization’s Product Development Process Ensure products meet cost, timeline, and performance specifications Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams Assist in development of technical specifications for new products Create test methods based on identified risks in DFMEA Contribute to Engineering Change Requests (ECR) / Engineering Change Notices (ECN) Support creation of components and assemblies using design tools Assist in defining both technical and non-technical deliverables for product releases Conduct or support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives Support evaluation of manufacturing processes, materials, and supplier selection Understand product design requirements (functional and aesthetic) **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
