In order for the candidate to be successful, the candidate must have a passion for rendering customer-oriented service, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail that is required to support all members of the LSAC community, including executives, upper-level management, contract owners, business partners, and colleagues in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, calm, resourceful and efficient. Support the Misconduct and Irregularities program, including but not limited to the review and preparation of files, and interpretation of applicable rules; data collection and entry; coordinating with candidates, and other LSAC staff throughout the duration of the cases; developing reports; and maintaining database for accuracy of case cycle and details.
