Essential Functions: Legal Support for Commercial Matters: Represent nCino in drafting, negotiating, and interpreting commercial contracts, including master agreements for subscription services, amendments to customer contracts, professional services statements of work and change orders, data protection agreements, and nondisclosure agreements.
