Think of the role as forward deployed: you will spend real time embedded with departments across the company (preconstruction, accounting, HR, safety, legal, marketing) to understand how work actually gets done, then design, build, pilot, and roll out agents and AI workflows on ARCO's platforms. Hands-on experience building with AI tools: agents, assistants, and automated workflows using platforms like Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Glean, Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, or similar.
