Leading the annual Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery program lifecycle, including business process inventory updates, Business Impact Assessments, Business Resumption Plans, Disaster Recovery Plans, testing, risk assessment, program updates, and governance reporting. Partnering with business process owners, plan owners, technology teams, and approvers to ensure BIAs, BRPs, DR plans, recovery strategies, dependencies, RTOs, RPOs, MADs, recovery teams, and notification procedures are complete, accurate, approved, and maintained.
