TheraCare is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a Full-Time home health opportunity providing in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients throughout Baytown, Highlands, Channelview, San Jacinto, Galena Park, TX and the surrounding areas. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safety awareness, transfer training, fall prevention, and use of assistive and durable medical equipment.
