Working closely with learning leaders, program owners, subject matter experts, Human Resources partners, and business stakeholders, this role ensures learning solutions are aligned to organizational priorities, rooted in adult learning science, and designed to deliver meaningful learner and business outcomes. The consultant develops digital, blended, instructor-led, and self-directed learning solutions; creates learning journeys, onboarding experiences, and development pathways; and leverages emerging technologies, including generative AI, to enhance learner engagement and design efficiency.
