You'll design and deliver modern analytics solutions, blend business intelligence with predictive insights, and collaborate directly with business leaders and technical teams to drive data-driven outcomes that create measurable business value. <strong>This role works hands-on with advanced technologies like Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake, while also leveraging AI and ML models to enhance and enrich client-facing reporting solutions.</strong></div><div id="_com_1"><div><a href="#_msoanchor_1" rel="nofollow"></a></div></div><div id="_com_1"><br/></div><div><strong>Required Experience</strong></div><ul><li><strong>5+ years</strong> in business intelligence, analytics, or data consulting roles.</li><li>Expert-level hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, semantic modeling, Tabular Editor).</li><li>Tableau development experience for building client-facing dashboards.</li><li>Strong SQL expertise for data querying, validation, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Direct experience integrating machine learning or predictive analytics into BI solutions.</li><li>Strong client-facing consulting skills with the ability to lead solution discussions.</li><li>Ability to engage both technical and business audiences and drive collaborative solutions.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to surface actionable insights from large, disparate data sources, with a focus on connecting analytical findings directly to measurable business outcomes.</li></ul><div><div> </div><div><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></div><ul><li>Experience with cloud-native platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, or Synapse.</li><li>Familiarity with Python or similar scripting languages for ML integration, APIs, or automation.</li><li>Understanding of AI/ML model deployment pipelines and real-time predictive scoring.</li><li>Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.</li><li>Previous experience in consulting or professional services settings.</li><li><strong>Industry experience in Manufacturing, Printing & Packaging, Construction, or Banking/Finance</strong>.</li></ul><div id="_com_1"><div> </div><div><strong>Education</strong></div><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance or related fields<strong> (or equivalent experience).</strong></li></ul></div><div><a href="#_msoanchor_1" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_self"></a></div></div>
