Reporting to the Director, AI Transformation, this role will work collaboratively across Health Plans LOB, Provider LOB, technology, HR, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Clinical Quality, Information Security, and other enterprise functions to help business leaders move AI opportunities from concept through readiness, governance, implementation, and adoption. The AI Transformation Manager will serve as an internal advisor and transformation partner for priority AI initiatives, helping teams develop implementation approaches that address not only technology delivery, but also organizational readiness, adoption, risk, and value realization.
