What You'll Do: Design, build, and maintain interactive and scalable dashboards and reports, applying best practices in data visualization and user experience to deliver clear insights into project performance, cost, schedule and risk areas key stakeholders Integrate data from multiple sources (i.e. Databricks, Azure, P6, internal cost systems) to create a unified data model for reporting and analytics Ensure end-to-end data pipelines accuracy and reliability of reporting Provide data visualization to provide an expansive overview of integrated data Create and update project control reports that highlight key performance indicators, trends, and risk factors for active construction projects Collaborate closely with project controls teams to incorporate scheduling data into dashboards, providing visualizations of project timelines, milestones, and critical paths Support cost management efforts by integrating budget, forecast, and actual cost data into BI reports, enabling real-time tracking of project financials Identify and resolve issues in data pipelines, dashboard performance, and/or data accuracy, ensuring minimal downtime and reliable reporting Refine dashboards based on user feedback, emerging best practices and evolving market trends Work closely with project teams, IT, and OpEx team to understand reporting needs and ensure dashboards align with project goals Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to help end-users interpret and apply dashboard insights effectively. What We're Looking For: Experience: 5+ years of data analytics experience required 3+ years of experience in a construction-related or project controls environment is a plus Knowledge of Lean principles desired Bachelor's degree in data analytics, construction management, information systems, or related field; an equivalent combination of technical training and certifications may be considered.
