Preferred Qualifications: • Experience supporting a J39 or J2 staff at a Combatant Command, Joint Task Force, or Service Component • Understanding of IRCs (MISO, MILDEC, OPSEC, Cyber) and their intelligence support requirements • Familiarity with intelligence requirements related to adversary decision-making processes, influence operations, or disinformation campaigns • Experience developing or validating ISR collection in support of non-kinetic targeting or IO assessments • Graduate of a service or joint collection management course (e.g., DIA Collection Management Course, Army MI Officer Collection Manager Course, Air Force 14N ISR Operations Course, or equivalent). Required Qualifications: • Degree in Intelligence Studies, International Affairs, or a related field • Experience in intelligence collection management or ISR planning, including direct support to joint, interagency, or CCMD operations • Strong working knowledge of intelligence disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT) and ISR platforms • Experience using DoD and IC collection systems such as COLISEUM, PRISM, HOTR, or MIDB • Familiarity with joint planning processes (JOPP, MDMP) and Annex B (Intelligence) and Annex K (IO) integration.
