The ideal candidate must have naval operational experience and knowledge related to intelligence and realistic intelligence presentations leveraging, but not limited to the following areas: Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment, a firm understanding of adversary doctrine, capabilities, and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures, Collection Management, All-Source Intelligence Fusion to include the synthesis of SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and MASINT, targeting cycle, fleet-level intelligence processes supporting the Maritime Operations Center, and Maritime Domain Awareness. These tasks include, but are not limited to: exercise concept development, planning, scheduling, modeling, simulation architecture design, simulation management and operations, intelligence system integration, scenario development, database builds and tests, event response and control cells, assessment, as well as support to development of future maritime domains within the joint training environment.
