Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field required; with a minimum of 12+ years of professional experience, including 10+ years in analytics engineering, data strategy, or business intelligence, with at least 3+ years in a Director-level or equivalent leadership role managing multi-vertical teams and owning an enterprise data platform end-to-end. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team across two distinct verticals, Analytics Engineering and BI/Reporting, including hiring decisions, performance management, career development, and succession planning; set the technical bar for the team, foster a culture of quality and documentation, and create clear pathways for growth at every level from analyst to senior engineer.
