That means turning recurring requests to IT into tools that finance, warehouse, customer service and retail teams use directly: workflows, dashboards and saved searches, guided record updates, import and mass-update tools, and RF-SMART mobile functions, each with the right roles, validation and audit trail so self-service is safe.
