Experience in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Strong leadership skills; Strong organizational skills; Formation and active participation in one's faith tradition through prayer and personal spirituality; Knowledge and experience of ones own tradition as well as openness to other faith traditions, prayer experiences, music, and topics relevant to being a young adult; Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures; Employee shall adhere to all applicable rules and regulations of the University, the Conference, and the NCAA. Basic work experience in public speaking, leading small and large group activities-training provided; Previous participation in ministry as a volunteer, part-time, or full-time capacity at a church, synagogue, mosque, school, or institution leading youth group activities such as retreats, prayer services, faith sharing groups, etc.
