The analyst partners closely with Pricing, Billing, Data Management, Industrial Engineering, Account Executives, and OperationsKey Responsibilities: Perform continuous audits to ensure master data accuracy and consistency in catering systems Interface with buyers, SAP coordinators, Business Process Improvement teams, Pricing, Billing, and Menu Specification Analysts across multiple kitchens Collect, interpret, and validate menu specifications for assigned airline accounts; resolve discrepancies Partner with airline Account Executives, Gate Gourmet units, Pricing, Data Management, and Collections/Credit teams to reduce recurring issues Monitor and interpret airline specification changes to ensure upstream lead times are met Use JIRA for issue tracking and resolution Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for system and process improvements Participate in an on-call rotation supporting off-hours and weekend needsAbout the Team:Account Services Group (ASG)The Account Services Group (ASG) supports airline customers through critical business functions, including: Billing Pricing Data Management Airline Account Support SAP & Operational Analytics Cross-functional coordination with catering and airline operationsCommunication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external customers **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** This position works closely with data procurement teams, industrial engineers, pricing, billing, and account leadership, reporting directly to the Hiring Manager.
