The Program Manager serves as the primary leader responsible for ensuring Ports & Borders security screening, inspection, and detection systems are manufactured, delivered, installed, commissioned, and accepted in accordance with customer requirements, contractual commitments, and business objectives. Responsibilities: Direct multinational enterprises on business decisions, such as where to locate and operate, choice of entity, how to optimize supply chains, and how to access and mobilize capital to fund global operations, taking into account a multinationals tax risk profile, global effective tax rate, and cash posture; in advising clients, professionals will prepare and review complex tax models illustrating multinational entities attributes, effective tax rate, and cash tax expense. Beyond executing day-to-day operations, this role is expected to proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities to improve processes, automation, and overall operational effectiveness-leveraging Workday, operational data, and technology (including AI where appropriate) to improve outcomes and the employee experience. This role will partner closely with the Global Benefits team, People Business Partners, Shared Services, Operations, Legal, Finance, and external vendors and insurers to help ensure benefit programs are competitive, compliant, scalable, and fiscally responsible. This is an execution-and-improvement role: you will not only run core operational processes (eligibility, enrollments, billing, audits, case support), but also take initiative to identify process gaps and implement efficiencies-especially through better use of Workday, automation, and data-driven workflows (including responsible use of AI where appropriate).
