Backend & Distributed Systems: Strong experience building scalable distributed services in languages such as Go or Python, utilizing relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis), and working with event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka). In this role, you will lead complex technical designs, raise the engineering bar across the stack, and collaborate side-by-side with product managers, designers, compliance partners, and platform teams to build financial products for our worldwide community.
