Reporting to the Executive Director of Perioperative Services, the Director is responsible for the clinical, operational, financial, human resources, materials management, and communication functions of the Stein Eye Institute Surgery Center, an ambulatory surgery center specializing in ophthalmic and related surgical care. The Director ensures continuous readiness for regulatory, licensing, and accreditation requirements while partnering with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and institutional leaders to advance patient safety, quality outcomes, patient access, operational excellence, and fiscal performance.
