This internship provides hands-on experience in a public library setting, allowing interns to develop customer service skills, develop organizational and problem-solving skills, learn about library resources, gain insight into library operations, and work in a community-centered environment that fosters learning and engagement. Tasks may include, but is not limited to, the following: respond to utility map requests, assist with permitting review of water, recycled water, and sewer projects, assist with water sampling, and perform other general tasks, both in the office and in the field, as required.
