Key job responsibilities - Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to acquire new Amazon Music subscribers and users through partnerships - Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing affiliate partners that align with the Amazon Music brand and customer base - Negotiate and manage affiliate program terms, commission structures, and campaigns with partners - Monitor affiliate program performance and optimize campaigns to maximize subscriber/user acquisition and revenue - Create compelling affiliate marketing assets, promotional materials, and toolkits to enable partners to effectively promote Amazon Music - Collaborate cross-functionally with the Amazon Music marketing, content, and product teams to integrate affiliate campaigns - Analyze affiliate program data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth. - Stay up-to-date on affiliate marketing best practices, tools, and industry developments Basic Qualifications - 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - 6+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership marketing, paid marketing or a related field.
