Your Role • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Mathematics, or a closely related engineering or technical discipline • Strong analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven decision making • Proficiency in Python, AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code), and Microsoft Excel • Understanding of common data formats such as JSON • Self-motivated with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn in a team-based environment • Demonstrates system-level thinking, reliability, ownership, collaboration with international teams, and problem-solving skills. Your Responsibilities • Support engineering teams with data collection, analysis, and reporting • Help automate manual or repetitive processes using Python and AI-assisted development tools • Assist in building and maintaining dashboards to track operational, quality, or performance metrics • Participate in process improvement initiatives, including workflow analysis and efficiency improvements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, quality, planning, and engineering • Document processes, tools, and findings to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
