The Internship and Career Coordinator works with the Good Shepherd Services (GSS) team, grounded in the mission and vision of the GSS agency, and in collaboration with the Department of Education (DOE) to develop, implement, and connect our students, to an internship experience that aims to empower and prepare them for life after high school. Collaborate with the Director of Career Connections and Economic Mobility Specialist of WBCHS to develop and implement in-house work based learning opportunities for participants in the form of job shadowing, certification programs and internships and related work based learning activities and experiences to promote career exploration.
