RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul><li>Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of commercial kitchen equipment, boilers, and control systems</li><li>Troubleshoot, service, and repair pumps, condensers, motors, lighting, and electrical circuits</li><li>Install and remove faucets, seats, drain seals, toilets, and auto flushers</li><li>Troubleshoot drainage problems, water leaks, and lack of water and perform appropriate repairs</li><li>Perform carpentry work on cabinetry, counters, walls, stairs, and doors</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul> QUALIFICATIONS: <ul><li>Must have at least mid-level maintenance skills</li><li>Understanding of basic design of gas-fired burners, boilers, and kitchen equipment</li><li>Understanding of HVAC and electrical systems</li><li>Experience in refrigeration and understanding of Hussmann rack systems and conventional pump down systems</li><li>Must have valid driver's license</li><li>Able to work on ladders and scaffolding safely and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.</li></ul> **Swing shift preferred: 2-10pm** DATES OF EMPLOYMENT: <ul><li>Year Round</li></ul> PAY RATE: <ul><li>Pay: $23.00 per hour</li></ul> Deer Valley Resort is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
