The project is due by the end of the internship.</li></ul>Pay Info:<ul><li>Starting wage: $15.50/hour (no experience required in working with people with developmental disabilities). Overview:
Program Dates:Summer: May through AugustFall: September through December Our Financial Analyst Interns play a critical role in Melaleuca and we are looking for problem solvers who are ready to contribute from day one. 

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Identify and analyze key business indicators, driving improvements in revenue, profitability and achievement of strategic objectives</li><li>Develop key performance measurements for non-financial managers to better understand, track and improve operational efficiency</li><li>Analyze company projects to determine financial viability</li><li>Provide analytical and problem solving support for key managers throughout the company</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Strategy or Data Analytics</li><li>Exceptional academic performance</li><li>Cumulative GPA of 3.75 or higher</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Superior written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong Excel skills</li><li>Effective interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management</li><li>Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Perform responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy</li><li>Basic understanding of financial statements, modeling, accounting principles, and of key financial metrics and indicators</li><li>Able to work in Idaho Falls, Idaho for your program dates of approximately 90 days</li><li style="list-style-type:none"><ul><li style="list-style-type:none"> </li></ul></li></ul>

You won’t be shadowing from the sidelines you’ll work directly on real financing deals, collaborate with lenders and dealership teams across the country, and learn how money actually moves inside a fast-growing company.
