Delivery:<ul style="list-style-type:square"><li>Work alongside consulting program/project leaders to deliver digital transformation services tailored to healthcare organizations.</li><li>Guide clients through the development of their digital strategy, blueprint, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and healthcare-specific needs.</li><li>Analyze clients' current state of digital capabilities, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve operational efficiency, patient outcomes, and stakeholder experiences.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Develop tailored solutions that enhance healthcare delivery, drive positive health outcomes, and streamline administrative processes.</li></ul>Agentic AI / AI Solution Implementations:<ul style="list-style-type:square"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Serve as an integral team member for implementing digital or AI solutions that drive operational efficiency in healthcare settings, including: <ul style="list-style-type:circle"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Robotic Process Automation (RPA)</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Document Understanding and Optical Character Recognition (OCR)</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Chatbots and virtual assistants</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Process Mining and Machine Learning</li></ul></li><li>Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand healthcare-specific business needs and build actionable implementation roadmaps.</li><li>Lead teams in the configuration and deployment of digital and AI capabilities to address operational challenges, ensuring readiness among business stakeholders.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Assist clients in leveraging intelligent automation technologies to drive transformation in areas such as claim processing, prior authorization, and patient services.</li></ul>Healthcare-Specific Intelligent Automation Leadership:<ul style="list-style-type:square"><li>Lead intelligent automation initiatives across healthcare domains, focusing on:</li><li>Conducting process assessments, defining business cases, and selecting appropriate vendors.</li><li>Drive process improvement and re-engineering efforts using automation and AI to optimize healthcare business functions and patient experiences.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Develop and execute automation programs, ensuring alignment with healthcare regulatory standards, operational goals, and transformation initiatives.</li></ul>Basic Qualifications:<ul style="list-style-type:square"><li>A minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare domain, with a strong understanding of the healthcare value chain and its business functions, including payer/provider processes.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of one or more healthcare functional areas such as claims management, utilization management, contact centers, and appeals/grievances.</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in implementing intelligent automation solutions, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), low-code platforms, and Optical Character Recognition (OCR).</li><li>At least 4 years of hands-on experience with leading intelligent automation platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Microsoft.</li><li>At least 4 years of experience working within Agile or RPA methodologies for intelligent automation project delivery.</li><li>A minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing Process and Task Mining capabilities, specifically using platforms like UiPath Process Mining.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present effectively to senior business and IT stakeholders.</li><li>Demonstrated problem-solving ability, with expertise in process analysis, mapping, and troubleshooting, particularly in a healthcare context.</li><li>Familiarity with the financial, performance, and quality metrics used in the healthcare industry to measure outcomes and operational efficiency.</li><li>Knowledge of advanced AI/ML techniques, particularly as applied to healthcare use cases, is a plus.</li><li>Experience with Strategy-to-Implementation programs related to Digital Transformation or Intelligent Automation in healthcare, including cloud-based solutions.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and other modern project management
