The Case Manager is a non-exempt position responsible for the delivery of case management services to at-risk families of child abuse and neglect, including parenting skills training, home safety and life skills, job placement, housing, and other support services in order to reduce the likelihood of any child abuse or neglect incidents. Gulf Coast JFCS is a Florida Care Provider of the Department of Children and Families (DCF), Agency for Health Care (AHCA), and the Department of Elder Affairs (DOEA), which requires all candidates to undergo fingerprinting through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
