Provide ICU-level nursing care to pediatric patients across multiple body systems including respiratory, neuro, GI, GU, burns, DKA, cardiac, ortho, ENT, and more in a 24-bed unit. Manage and monitor patients on ventilators, drips, chest tubes, central lines, syringe pumps, trachs, and gastrostomy tubes.
