You will learn the business from the production floor upward, then apply continuous improvement, industrial engineering, data analysis, problem-solving and change-management skills to projects across Food Operations. Ideally, you are pursuing a bachelor’s or associate degree in Production/Operations Management, Industrial Technology, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
