The program provides students with opportunities to develop career-relevant, workforce-aligned skills through certificate pathways in Arts Management, Data Analysis and Visualization, and Project and Process Management, while also gaining applied professional experience through paid internships. While the seminar is primarily asynchronous, it also includes monthly in-person sessions featuring guest speakers, alumni, employers, and interactive professional development activities designed to help students connect their academic learning with career pathways and workplace expectations.
