We’re looking for a Landscape Development Intern to join our team. Our internship program will prepare you for leadership positions both on and off the jobsite. This program provides exposure across operational divisions, giving you hands-on experience in landscape construction, project engineering and field management. Interns gain experience both in the field and in the office, supporting estimating, preconstruction and project coordination efforts while learning about multiple career paths within our organization. Description The candidates will be providing onsite support daily to users, as well as remote desktop support to users working remotely. The customer is 50% Windows 10 and 50% MAC OSX. The candidate will be supporting all hardware issues including desktops, laptops, printers, monitors and peripherals, software issues including OS, email, MS Office Suite (O365), AV and collaboration tools, and basic Active Directory (password resets, access to applications, etc). They'll be supporting application and network connectivity issues, VPN, and have basic knowledge of the network closet for any type of backup support. They should also know how to apply desktop patches. They are using ServiceNow for ticket management and asset tracking.
