Each candidate will go through an interview selection process.</li><li>Compensation is a standard hourly rate + weekly uncapped commissions.</li><li>This internship is eligible for class credit upon approval from college/university.</li><li>We are in the travel industry, weekends tend to be our busiest time. All interns are required to work 5 days per week. Days off will be two consecutive days, typically during the week.</li><li>Average work week will be roughly 35 hours.</li><li>Interns will complete a group project utilizing digital media and other tools.</li></ul>Sales Internship Overview<ul><li>Selected interns will begin by attending a 2 week Sales Training Class which will include a mixture of product knowledge, psychology of the sale, scripting, and job shadowing.</li><li>Once Training is complete, this will be a hands-on internship.</li><li>Learn to sell a luxury product in a face to face environment.</li><li>Generate sales volume by learning and executing the steps of the sale.</li><li>Learn how to establish commonality and build rapport with prospective clients.</li><li>Learn how to articulate all features and benefits of a product, tailoring it to meet the client’s needs/wants.</li><li>Learn how to initiate the close of your own sales and process transactions of $25K-$100K.</li></ul>Sales Internship Requirements<ul><li>Must attend an on-site interview.</li><li>Students in their Junior or Senior year are preferred.</li><li>Must be available to attend each day of Internship Sales Training (first two weeks).</li><li>Must pass and graduate from Internship Sales Training.</li><li>Must attend Travel + Leisure Orientation and New Hire onboarding experience.</li><li>Complete group internship project by mid August.</li><li>Must have the ability to handle common objections and rejection.</li></ul>   How You'll Be Rewarded:We offer a diverse range of comprehensive health and welfare benefits to associates who work 30 or more hours per week to meet your needs and support you throughout your career with us. AI Implementation Support: Assist in maintaining the enterprise AI use case catalog and supporting the AI Communication Platform in Teams and SharePoint.

Internship Overview: We are seeking a motivated AI & Operations Automation Intern to support the Innovation, Digital Transformation & Growth (IDTG) team. This internship offers hands-on experience with modern AI tools, automation platforms, and digital transformation practices. The successful candidate will contribute to corporate AI implementation, process automation initiatives, and technology research to produce meaningful deliverables.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>AI Implementation Support: Assist in maintaining the enterprise AI use case catalog and supporting the AI Communication Platform in Teams and SharePoint. </li><li>Process Automation: Support the design and development of Power Automate workflows and automated pipelines to streamline operations. </li><li>AI Solution Development: Participate in the creation and testing of CustomGPTs, Gems, and Copilot Studio-based solutions. </li><li>Technology Research: Conduct technology landscape research and analyze emerging AI and digital transformation tools to provide recommendations for leadership. </li><li>Program Support: Assist with documentation, tracking, and reporting across IDTG initiatives, including preparing weekly activity reports and slide decks. </li><li>Internal Communication: Contribute to internal AI awareness efforts and documentation. </li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Junior or senior undergraduate student, or recent graduate, in Computer Science, IT, Business Information Systems, or a related field. </li><li>Technical Skills: Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams and SharePoint). </li><li>Soft Skills: Strong writing, research, and analytical skills with the ability to learn quickly. </li><li>Communication: Ability to interpret technical information and communicate it clearly to non-technical audiences. </li><li>Preferred Experience: Exposure to prompt engineering, AI tools, Power Automate, or Copilot Studio.  </li></ul>
