The Demand Forecasting Analyst will report to the Director, Demand Management and S&OP Transformation and will be responsible for leading all aspects of Demand Management, including consensus-based monthly demand forecasting process for assigned product lines, encompassing data gathering, analytics, forecasting, and reconciliation of variances. Manage Metrics to drive improvements: Forecasting accuracy, Forecast Attainment, Revenue attainment, Backlog disconnect reductions for BU and Buffer stock strategy, Support strategic planning initiatives including Annual Operations Plan, Long Range Plan and market share performance.
