The Maritime Finance group at First Citizens often partners with Private Equity firms, Mezzanine Funds, and Private Credit Funds to offer senior secured loans, sale-leasebacks and bareboat charters to owners and operators of oceangoing cargo vessels, including oil tankers, bulkers, container ships, and LNG tankers. Work as part of a Deal Team on live transactions, engaged in many aspects of credit underwriting and portfolio management, including company and industry due diligence, financial analysis, credit memo preparation and portfolio management activities.
