Vice Presidents support engagements and new business development by: Acting as a project manager on multiple simultaneous client projects; Analyzing and explaining historical and projected financial information; Performing business and financial due diligence; Valuing companies, businesses and securities; Directing our Associates and Financial Analysts in the construction of complex financial models, financial analyses and client presentations; Preparing board/special committee presentations supporting advice and opinions in close collaboration with our Corporate Finance team and other industry experts across the firm; Helping pitch engagements and participating in business development initiatives; Advising financial sponsors on conflict transactions, including continuation vehicles and cross-fund transactions; Playing a key role in continuing to build our Energy & Infrastructure Financial and Valuation Advisory coverage team; and.
