The role collaborates with suppliers and Supply Chain Management stakeholders, including strategic sourcing, supplier enablement, third-party program management, accounts payable, and tax, to resolve issues and remove obstacles that may impact transaction processing, supplier payments, or overall procurement effectiveness. The senior buyer is expected to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex P2P exceptions, including supplier onboarding challenges, invoicing discrepancies, purchase order inaccuracies, tax-related concerns, and other issues, while maintaining a high level of customer service and operational efficiency.
