During the internship you will have the opportunity to: Work one-on-one with a trained preceptor to see a day in the life of a nurse at UPMC working in outpatient oncology, inpatient oncology, radiation oncology, and specialty areas of oncologic patient care. Participate in a multidisciplinary learning experience by engaging with physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, social workers, nurse navigators, dietitians, surgical oncology, palliative care, and other members of the oncology care team.
