Work closely with Lateral Recruitment team on all aspects of lateral associate and counsel hiring, including responding to resume submissions, creating candidate files, maintaining profiles in the recruiting database, scheduling interviews and arranging logistics in connection with interviews, interfacing with candidates and attorneys at the firm, and processing invoices and reimbursements. The firm considers a number of factors when determining compensation, including, but not limited to, education, years of experience, levels of experience, competency levels and other relevant skills and qualifications.
