Responsibilities: Depending on the internship assignment, responsibilities may include: • Assisting project teams with daily project activities • Participating in project meetings and jobsite walks • Supporting document management and project controls • Assisting with project scheduling and coordination efforts • Reviewing plans, specifications, and project documentation • Supporting estimating and quantity takeoff activities • Observing and participating in safety programs and initiatives • Assisting with administrative and reporting tasks • Collaborating with project managers, superintendents, and office teams • Completing special projects and assignments as needed Qualifications: • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university • Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Accounting, Information Technology, Safety, or a related field • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Demonstrated interest in the construction industry Preferred Qualifications: • Previous internship experience • Leadership involvement through organizations, clubs, athletics, or campus activities • Basic understanding of construction processes and project delivery methods Our internship program provides students with hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals on meaningful commercial construction projects throughout Texas.
