Training/Internship Plan Outline: • Assist field team with planting operations and scheduling • Skill building in scouting, crop maturity assessment, crop quality assessment, and crop harvesting logistics • Skill building in team management, training, raw product evaluation and flow, and harvest scheduling • Opportunities to learn harvest equipment functions and raw product harvesting process • Develop an understanding of raw product flow including truck routing, product grading, and harvest planning • Opportunities for projects that compliment your skills and interests to enhance overall productive and reduce costs of the business • Communication skills with growers, landowners, department leads, and other Seneca processing plants.
